rock climbing bar swimming is the best form of exercise as it gives you a all body work out, i have been climbing for 6 years and climbed in all different countries i.e america- yosemite national park, spain- calpe, germany-aggenstien, iceland-rekjavic and quite a few others, i say get into the sport as it is a great experience
